Location: Watkins Glen, NY
Breed: Jack Russell Terrier cross
I am eager to report that Avery’s first Boston Baked Bonz taste-testing mission was a huge success. A little tentative at first, perhaps because the smell of cloves was new to him, Avery first sniffed the new cranberry muffin and seemed at first to be verging on rejection. Jasper, on the other hand, almost took my hand off (well, I’m exaggerating a bit, but it was an enthusiastic grab nonetheless) trying to take his own sample of the new treat. Although he’s a new member of our family and not an official squadron cadet, he lent a helpful hand to his younger, pickier brother by providing the competition Avery needed to take his first bite. Once Avery got over the initial skepticism of his prior inspection of the muffin, he eventually gobbled it up piece by piece and immediately started eliciting his signature high-pitched Jack Russell whine when I shrugged my shoulders and announced, “all gone.” At the next feeding, both dogs knew right away what they were getting and indulged in the new treats without any hesitation whatsoever, and also polished off a whole box of blueberry muffins all in the same week. Although Avery was unsure about his first whiff of cloves, once he took the plunge, he really loved the new muffin… and that’s saying a lot since he continues to reject more foods than he will eat. We cannot wait until our next assignment and our hoping for some cookies!!!!

Squadron Cadet
Name: Bohdi
Birthday: *classified*
Location: York, PA
Breed: Pit Bull
Hello everyone! We just received the samples of the Wheat Free Cranberry clove muffins and Bohdi, along with supporting taste testers Devlin and Sophie thought they were wooferful! And, may I say they smelled terrific! I almost wanted to sample one! Bohdi thought the consistency was perfect - not too hard - not too soft - and every crumb was devoured quickly. Being a finicky Mommy I was impressed with the simple organic ingredients, and of course, all of the love baked right in! I would say these muffins are two paws up in Bodhi's book! And, yea for recycling! You guys keep it up!
Squadron Cadet
Name: Cubby & Gracie
Birthday: 2002
Location: Danville, CA
Breed: Chinese Foo
Cubby and Gracie just loved the new muffins. They were very thorough with regards to checking it out and sniffing the new treat. After familiarizing themselves with the new creation, they are chewing to their hearts content. We feel that this a potential winner in the Boston Baked Bonz lineup. The clove smell is intoxicating and really gets the canines attention. The addition of the fruit makes the muffin yummy while the grains make it healthy. They appreciate being chosen as tasters and wanted me to let you know that.
